LEFT BEHIND, LOST AND/OR STOLEN ITEMS
(clients, guests & vendors):
Please take all your personal items when you leave. Lynn’s Ranch LLC will not be responsible for items left behind, lost and/or stolen.
CLIENT & BARTENDER:
Lynn’s Ranch LLC is BYOB only. That being said, all events with alcohol must have a TABC certificated bartender that is bonded and insured. The client must coordinate and pay for bartending services on their own. The bartender must be one of our preferred vendors. No exceptions. The client must coordinate with the bartender outside of Lynn’s Ranch LLC to coordinate drop off and pick up (off Lynn’s Ranch property). No alcohol will be allowed to be dropped off by the client at Lynn’s Ranch LLC. The client must deliver all alcohol to the bartender. The bartender is responsible for bringing all alcohol to the event. No outside alcohol is allowed. All alcohol must be poured and served by a TABC certificated bartender. No exception.
CLIENT, GUEST & VENDOR RULES:
All items & rentals must be dropped off at least 8 hours prior to the start of the event. Each item you drop off must have a check-in and check-out tag attached to it (containers and/or boxes etc.).
It is not the coordinator’s or Lynn’s Ranch LLC’s responsibility to manage items vendors forgot to bring and/or drop off for the event. Vendors need to be responsible for bringing all items rented for the event. Vendor needs to make arrangements themselves to get all forgotten ideas to the venue for events. It’s not the coordinator or venue owner’s responsibility to do that for the vendors.
Vendors must pick up all rentals no later than 3 pm on the following day of the event with the coordinator and/or venue owner. Check-in & check-out list must be signed. There will be a $100 per hour fee if rentals are not picked up by 3 pm on the first day following the event, payable to Lynn’s Ranch LLC.
If you have coordinated your bouquet to be preserved by your florist, you must arrange those services directly with your florist or the company you are using to preserve your bouquet. It is not Lynn’s Ranch LLC’s responsibility to arrange any outside services for clients that have not been arranged with the coordinator and/or venue owner of Lynn’s Ranch LLC 30 days prior to the event.
